The Executive Director is the key management leader of Another Chance Customized Services. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Development Disability Professionals (DDPs)
All intellectual/development disabilities services are provided by or under the direct supervision of a (DDP) Development Disability Professional. Each DDP has a specified schedule with sufficient hours to meet the oversight role required by the level of need for individuals(s) supported which includes but is not limited to:
Overseeing the delivery of waiver services to participants with the focus on overall quality of service delivery by the provider agency.
Overseeing the services and supports provided to participants for general guidance to the provider agency in areas of compliance and quality improvement.
Assess areas of risk either individually or overall risk to persons served through agency practices, policy or lack of policy and/or procedures. Providing Risk mitigation strategies to the provider agency.

A registered nurse who is authorized by license to practice nursing as a registered professional nurse AND who holds a Bachelor’s degree in nursing with one-year experience in treating individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a medical setting or a community-based setting for delivery of nursing services.

As the Executive Administrative Assistant you will provide nearly invisible support to the CEO and COO, acting with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the day‐to‐day workflow and prioritizing various projects, which includes scheduling, contact management, preparing materials for meetings.
HR Management/Employment Specialist
Human resource managers are the overseers of the human resources department and insurers of the functions and tasks being carried out by the HR team. They are often seen as the link between an organization’s management and its employees, as their work runs the gamut from providing consultation on strategic planning with top executives to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. As such, HR managers are the professionals responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining the most qualified talent by directing the administrative functions of the HR department. Due to the supervisory nature of this position, human resource managers are called upon to handle employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations, among many other tasks.

Working closely with public affairs, government relations and internal stakeholders, the corporate affairs manager holds a distinct position as the administrator with influence across all lines of corporate communication.

Finance & Legal Compliance
The finance compliance executive performs monthly audit of company plans approved in the prior month. He is expected to perform monthly audit of payments related to the proposed financial plans with a focus upon accuracy, proper documentation, and timeliness of payment. He/She also has to ensure that the system is updated, when necessary, for policy changes and facilitate changes to assist the field (e.g. pop-up reminders, approval workflow, etc.) The finance compliance executive interacts with the head of the Compliance division to ensure alignment in process and controls. He/She has to perform additional audit work as determined necessary, both related and unrelated to field force interactions with customers. The finance compliance executive develops and maintains standard operating procedures and process guidelines. He/She also serves as point of contact for internal audit during review of field practices.

Transportation Coordination
Each Supervisor (CAG. CLS, & Transportation) has the responsibility for overseeing the delivery of waiver and/state services to individuals with the focus on overall quality of service delivery by the provider agency. Transport and support the individual to services and/or activities within the community as outlined in the ISP and/or directed by the supervisor or care Director. Maintain contact with individual and family via telephone, email, and individual care staff; review individual’s services through ongoing communication with staff and coordination with other agencies and document all phone calls with individuals/families.
Logistics & Operations
A logistics operations manager ensures that incoming materials from suppliers are in good order and are properly stored, and that outgoing parts and the materials for customers leave in the correct amounts and are in good condition. Throughout the day, the logistics operations manager may negotiate with companies about rates or service levels; he/she may prepare documents; or he/she may review invoices and purchase documents. A logistics operations manager may need to look into and resolve issues with suppliers, customers, transportation companies or employees.
