Home Helpers offers customized home assistance services to meet all your needs. Our services are available for both long-term and short-term assistance, regardless of your age, disabilities, or illness.
ACHH is licensed, bonded, and insured. All of our in-home care providers are carefully screened with extensive background checks, including motor vehicle record history, social security validation, and diligent reference checks.
Asking for help can be difficult, but with the assistance of ACHH, you are on the right path to comfort. Our dedicated staff members work one-on-one with children, adults, and seniors to restore independence and the ability to complete and improve day-to-day activities.

Community Living Support provides companionship, errands and transportation, status reporting to family, visits from friends, light housekeeping, salon and barber visits, and more!
This is an offsite service where your loved one is visited or transported to integrate with the community. Daily or weekly activities are made accessible to supported persons by experienced, professional staff members who can provide a safe and rewarding day for them.
Our staff consists of Certified Nurse Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, Companion Sitters, and Nurses. They are all certified in BLS CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention. State-required training is regularly given to update and educate the support team on how to better serve the community.

GAPP is a Medicaid program for medically-qualified children under the age of 21. Children of families eligible for Medicaid can apply for GAPP anytime and must meet the same level of care necessary for admission to a hospital or skilled nursing facility. GAPP is managed by the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH).

Georgia Medicaid's Community Care Services Program (CCSP) operates under the Elderly and Disabled Waiver. CCSP is a program designed to help frail older adults remain living in their own homes or communities and receive services in those locations as an alternative to nursing homes.

Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment (SOURCE) links primary medical care and case management with approved long-term health services in a person’s home or community. SOURCE operates under the authority of the Georgia Elderly and Disabled 1915c Medicaid Waiver and provides Home-and-Community-Based Services to frail elderly and physically disabled people who meet the Intermediate Nursing Home Level of Care.
